1. Understanding

A meet-up with you to go through a series of questions to understand what you need. We will also go through some mood images to understand your likes and dislikes so that we can sieve out the design direction.

3. Presentation

A 2nd Meet-up to go through what we have designed with a 3D walkthrough. After which we will go through the quotation alongside the design so that you know what you are paying for. Comments and ideas are welcome, take it as a brainstorm session with us!

5. Satisfaction 

Once satisfied with the design and price point, we will then get you to sign on the line to appoint us as your Interior Designer! A deposit will be required as well for us to start on the detailed drawing such as your carpentry compartments etc.

7. Renovation

Works will commence, and daily updates will be relayed to you through WhatsApp photos/videos. During this phase, there will be times when we will need you to meet us on-site to discuss certain scopes of work. It's also for you guys to experience and be part of the whole renovation process!

9. Handover

If there are defects highlighted during the quality check phase, we will proceed to rectify them accordingly before handing over the unit back to you. This will mean that the unit is in living condition and we will no longer access your unit without your consent.

2. Design & Quotation

With the design direction and your way of living, we will then proceed to design and quote. This process will take up 1-2 weeks depending on the scale of the project, it will be advised on the first meeting.

4. Review & Revise

We will head back to revise the design and quotation based on the brainstorming session that we had during the presentation stage. This process usually takes 1 week before we contact you to arrange for another meet up to go through.

6. Confirmation

Once all detailed drawing and design is more or less confirmed, we will proceed to collect a certain percentage of the whole contract sum for us to start arranging our team for the necessary works to commence at an agreed timeline.

8. Quality

After the final scope of work is done, we will go through the unit with you once more with everything done up to have a quality check. Do highlight anything that seems off to you or if you have any queries to why certain things are done this way, we will be delighted to share our knowledge with you.

10. After Service

Upon handover, don't worry! We won't run away and ignore any future calls/messages from you. In the event if you need any help or you noticed something is not right, feel free to contact us and we will come down to assist you.
